Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Create and manage static and video content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

-Create marketing collateral including static and video flyers, printed hand outs, signage, branded hospitality material including menus, napkines, packaging, etc...

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner

- Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere & After Effects is a major PLUS) for creating graphics and visuals

-Strong knowlegde of AI content creation platforms including Midjourney and ChatGPT

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities

- Experience with digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns

- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis

- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles for creating engaging social media content

- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and user behavior
