Description
Our company develops and has over 10 e-commerce sites/FB pages. We are at the point where we need someone to join the team who has the knowledge and ability to grow our social following, which will increase sales.
The candidate must have the following abilities:
- Strategic planning/execution
- Creativity/graphics
- Understand branding
- Market targeting/demographics
- Run FB/Instagram/TikTok ads (possibly Pinterest ads)
- Evaluate FB analytics results/ad spend
- Copywriting/content creation
-SEO/Hashtags, keywords
We are looking for a person who is self-motivated and a self-starter who takes ownership of a project as if it were their own. The project will be evaluated for success over a 3-month period. If successful it will continue into 2024 for the next 12 months with built-in monetary incentives based on results.
