Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tilt Wall Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of tilt-up concrete construction projects. This is a critical leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and project excellence. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in tilt wall construction and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities related to tilt-up concrete construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.

Manage critical construction tasks including layout, formwork, rebar placement, lifting sequence, and finishing.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and project schedules.

Lead regular safety meetings and ensure strict compliance with company safety procedures.

Anticipate and resolve potential issues before they impact timelines or budgets.

Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are on-site, available, and utilized efficiently.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and specifications.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in tilt-up concrete construction.

In-depth knowledge of modern construction methods, tools, and materials.

Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications with precision.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
