Description
Location: Big O Tires – West Vancouver
Rate: $18.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Tire Technician to inspect, repair, and install tires while ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
-
Identify damage (punctures, cracks, bulges) and determine repairability
-
Repair punctures and replace valve stems or TPMS sensors
-
Check TPMS function and recalibrate or replace sensors if needed
-
Mount, balance, and install new tires on vehicles
-
Apply correct torque when tightening lug nuts
-
Maintain and calibrate tire-changing and balancing equipment

Follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:

Relevant experience in tire servicing and repair

Knowledge of TPMS systems

Ability to use tire-changing and balancing equipment
-
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
