Total oil and gas has the mandate to procure international technical and expatriate labor to complement local and international personnel in various fields of specialization in relations to the company’s functional areas total oil and gas has been finding and producing oil and gas around the world for over century today we have interest in exploration and production ventures in more than 39 countries and employees approximately 19,000 staffs (not including contractors)
