Description
Endeavor Trust Corporation is a fast-growing provincially-regulated financial institution located in downtown Vancouver. We play a key role in the Canadian securities market through participation in company initial public offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate actions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Process securities transactions using in-house software.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders by email and phone, including lawyers, accountants, financial institutions, corporate officers and directors.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of documents related to share issuances, transfers and other types of securities transactions.
- Produce and distribute share certificates and share statements for shareholders.
- Organize and prepare documents for corporate annual general meetings.
- Other administrative duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Team player.
- Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully and timely.
- Effective task prioritization.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Clear and effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent time management.
- Able to accept feedback positively.
- 1-2 years of previous office experience. (preferred)
Job Details:
- Start date is as soon as possible.
- This position is full time, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- This is NOT a remote job.
- Salary: $20 - $25/hour, or $41,000 - $52,000/year, depending on experience.
