Description
Company Deion:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing pet care company in need of a dedicated and efficient Executive Assistant to support our CEO and her growing team. As a leader in the pet care industry, Gus's Pet Resort is a rapidly growing business and we are looking for an experienced candidate who can help our CEO to be effective with her time and energy, assist in HR administration for our team, and provide general daily support. This part-time position will be a work-from-home position (remote) and has the potential to increase to a full-time position in the future, for the right candidate. Wage is dependent on experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's email inbox, responding to emails as appropriate and prioritizing important messages.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
-Track and coordinate tasks that may be required by CEO and potentially other team members.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Manage and organize electronic files, including access to certain files for various team members, ensuring information is easily accessible.
- Assist with general HR processes, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO.
-Manage appropriate software access for all teams members.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, including email and calendar management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Accounting experience is an asset.
