We need a Digital Marketing Specialist
We are well known IT company in Australia. Now we are starting our business in Bangladesh. We need in house Digital Marketing specialist.
Post- Digital Marketing Executive
Salary- (Based on experience)
Job Nature- Full Time (Office time: sun-thus 9.30am-6pm)
Location- Dhaka
Tasks & responsibilities: Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and sales across the Retail, Marketplace, and e-commerce sales channels.
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with CEO,
Marketing/Creative, CRM, and e-commerce teams, managing an advertising budget and media agency.
Drive website traffic and enhance conversion via digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, SEM, email strategy
Measure and report on performance of digital channels and campaigns and assess against targets for ROI and KPIs
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target accounts, create personalized campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Continuously analyze and report on the performance of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience across all marketing touchpoints
Experience- 2+ Years experience in Digital Marketing industry, creative video ad, visual ad, marketplace ad making experience, Bangladesh and Global ad promotion experience, youTube ad making and graphic design experience.
eCommerce - experienced in B2C or B2B eCom businesses
CRM - experienced in using Mailchimp (or similar) build, plan, test, report.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Social - Strategy, Plan and roll out, influencer management experience
Digital Advertising - Using data and metrics to plan and roll out Google Ads, and Social Ads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
