The past twenty five years have given me a lot of insight and invaluable experience for what executives need in an assistant and office manager. I make their jobs easier by taking care of things they shouldn't be bothered with, anticipating their needs, and ensuring the office is run as smoothly as possible. I’ve implemented many processes to make daily administrative functions easier and more efficient. Some examples of this include lowering monthly expenses by procuring new suppliers, setting up a new filing system, organizing new invoicing procedures, and assisting in the setup of new software solutions.
