On May 17, 2021, I commenced my position as a Customer Service Representative at TaskUs, contributing to an innovative campaign.

Within a span of two months, I received a promotion to the support team.

After another two months, I transitioned to the escalation department.

Following an additional two-month period, I advanced to the role of social media back office.

By June 2023, I achieved the position of Engagement Officer.

Presently, I serve as the Engagement Team Lead at TaskUs Meycauayan.
An employee engagement team leader is responsible for orchestrating engagement activities across the entire organization. Our focus is on developing rewards and recognition programs, enhancing employee satisfaction, and implementing initiatives that promote work-life balance for all staff members. My team manages all office gatherings, award ceremonies, events, and various engagement activities. The engagement team is typically regarded as a formal assembly of employees tasked with overseeing engagement initiatives, which also includes conducting employee surveys.
My time at TaskUs has provided me with the strength and knowledge to be flexible when placed in various positions. I am aware of my capabilities. Through my experience at TaskUs, I have gained confidence in my abilities to succeed in any task.
