Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually (to be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Our purpose is to Grow Smiles, Mend Spirits, and Engage Children in their Lives! We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your sales team to implement innovative outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts, ensuring that our approach continues to meet the evolving needs of schools and districts. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, communication-savvy professional eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization and grow within a supportive, high-impact environment.
Main Accountabilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels
- Follow up on leads from marketing and referrals
- Research decision-makers in school districts and education organizations
- Work closely with National Account Executives (NAEs) to align messaging and strategy
- Share insights and feedback on lead responses to optimize campaigns
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead tracking in Salesforce
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (Partnerships, Therapy Services, Tech) and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience using a CRM (SalesForce preferred)
- The ability to learn new software’s quickly.
- Demonstrating the ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member.
- Excellent problem solver and willing to collaborate in a competitive environment.
- Natural curiosity and love to experiment with new techniques and strategies in a systematic way.
- Attention to detail, and know-how to stay organized.
- Highly adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and easily acclimating to a rapidly changing environment.
Bonus if You Have:
- 2+ years of cold calling experience
- Post-secondary education that is Business or Sales focused
