We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our front-of-house team!

The primary role is to create a positive, warm, and supportive client experience. They are the first face that clients see when they come to the studio, and it is their responsibility to create a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has a true passion for The Bar Method, and possesses strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills. They excel at working in a fast paced environment, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining a beautiful studio (i.e. tidying, dusting, back-end organizing).

Client Services/Studio Coordinator duties include:

-Providing an outstanding experience for anyone coming through the studio
-Answering phones and interacting with clients in a friendly and helpful manner
-Maintaining composure in handling all client questions, requests, or transactions
-Converting first time clients into the New Client Special or Monthly Membership
-Responsible for opening and closing the studio
-Managing the Mariana Tek system to make, change, or cancel class reservations and answer client queries
-Cleaning the studio change rooms, re-stocking all supplies, and tidying common areas
-Flexibility with working hours
-Able to work with multiple database platforms
-Organized, professional, and dependable
-Works well independently as well as in a team environment

This role relies on a strong sense of teamwork, communication and working collaboratively
