Description
Superior Tile, Flooring Company (2010)- Looking for a Estimator (Flooring)/PM, preferably with local experience in the flooring industry.
Your responsibilities will include :
・Develop and maintain relationships with customers,
"connect, convince and collaborate"
・Efficiently using PlanSwift and Excel for Estimations, reading Blueprints
・Collecting, documenting, and filing field data (measurements and pictures)
・Gathering proposals, building plans, specifications, and related documents
・Identifying labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents.
・Organizing workflow to meet client deadlines
