The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in formwork carpentry, framing carpentry, and finishing carpentry, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of each aspect of carpentry work. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record in managing carpenters and coordinating with various subcontractors. Interacting seamlessly with clients and architects is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.

Furthermore, the candidate should have a strong background in bookkeeping, with a focus on construction-related financial management. Expertise in estimating construction projects is essential, ensuring accurate and competitive project bids. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must, along with a high level of competency in design software such as Rhino3D, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be well-versed in common office software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF X-change. Adept at constructing Gantt charts for construction scheduling, the candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, ensuring efficient project timelines.
