About Us:

Front and Company began as a small consignment store in 1993 and has since expanded to offer a variety of new and consignment clothing, as well as homeware and novelty items.

Job Deion:

  • We are currently seeking a part-time customer service/administrative assistant to join our consignment department. The ideal candidate is outgoing with excellent customer service. They must have exceptional attention to detail, and be highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills. An interest and general understanding of fashion trends + terminology is a strong asset for this position.

Availability must include Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer profiles
  • Act as a liaison between customers & consignment department
  • Cash handling
  • Clerical work

Skills

  • At least 1 year's work experience as customer service representative. Previous experience in a front desk or reception position is preferred.
  • Computer skills including the ability to work with Google Drive, Microsoft and Google Documents processing programs
  • Effective verbal communication skills & conflict resolution
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organization skills follow-through and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • An interest and general understanding of fashion trends + terminology
  • Fast learner who can work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
