Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Engage with customers over the phone, ensuring a positive experience through effective phone etiquette.
• Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
• Upsell products and services based on customer requirements, contributing to overall sales goals.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Assist multilingual customers by providing support in both English and Spanish when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience with a focus on sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages is a plus.
• Proven ability to upsell products and services effectively.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week

• Evening shift
• Every Weekend
