Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to upsell effectively.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers over the phone, ensuring a positive experience through effective phone etiquette.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Upsell products and services based on customer requirements, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Assist multilingual customers by providing support in both English and Spanish when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience with a focus on sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages is a plus.
- Proven ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
