Description
Are you a people person with a strong background in sales and marketing? We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team at Djobzy. In this role, you won’t just talk to potential users , you’ll actively convert interest into signups and help drive our growth. From making cold calls to following up on leads and supporting users, you’ll play a key role in expanding our user base and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do

Make cold calls to potential users and businesses to introduce and promote Djobzy’s services

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone to provide assistance and build relationships

Support sales initiatives by nurturing leads and consistently working to convert interest into signups
-
Assist in email marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users
-
Handle admin duties such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized records
-
Deliver a top-notch customer experience and act as a brand ambassador for Djobzy
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
-
Confident in cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects
-
Familiar with CRM tools, lead tracking, or other sales platforms (preferred)
-
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Strong writing skills for customer-facing communication
