The team at Downtown Dental located in Vancouver, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a part time basis.
The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Receptionist/Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
