ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and engage potential customers in the senior market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals.
• Conduct product demos, attend trade shows, and represent the company at events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge of Obie and BEAM.
• Track customer data and sales progress using Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Support the kids’ sector or other markets when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of sales experience with proven success in meeting targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading Webinars.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (Salesforce CRM experience a plus).
• Access to a vehicle and high-speed internet.
• Territory, time and route management experience.
• Ability to spend two to three days on the road and two days at home.
