We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Facebook Ads Media Buyer, also known as a Performance Marketer, or Facebook Ad Specialist to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns for 5-10 different accounts, focusing on delivering high-performance results that align with our clients' goals.
What We're NOT Looking For:
Candidates whose experience is solely in organic social media content creation. This role requires experience in paid advertising, specifically using Facebook Ads Manager, beyond just boosting posts.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Monitoring and Management: Regularly check Ads Manager for ad performance, making strategic decisions based on data insights.
- Creative Strategy and Trend Analysis: Lead the creative process for ad campaigns, developing innovative ideas for ad creatives. Stay updated with the latest trends on platforms like TikTok and Facebook.
- UGC Collaboration: Engage with User-Generated Content creators to produce authentic campaign content.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing communications and conducting bi-weekly performance reviews.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign results, identify trends, adjust strategies, and report findings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager and team members to align campaign strategies with broader goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Copywriting Skills: Some copywriting skills are required, but they do not need to be extensive.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with UGC creators.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English.
- Analytical Skills: Aanalytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and meet deadlines.

- Education: No formal degree is required for this position.
