Red Iron Installations is a leading structural steel erection firm servicing Vancouver and surrounding areas of BC. We specialize in commercial and government infrastructures, along with Industrial steel and Misc. Metals installations.

We currently have positions available for Apprentice and Journeyman/Journeywoman Structural Field Welders.

The minimum requirements are:

1 year welding experience.

Be comfortable working at heights.

Be comfortable working out doors in all weather conditions.

Have reliable transportation.

Speak and write fluent English.

Be punctual, eager to work and learn daily.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

CWB all position SMAW certification

AWP certification for Boom and Scissor lifts

Fall Protection training.

First aid training.

Experience working on conventional steel commercial structures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary: $23.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
