FullStack Web Developer MERN Laravel

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications.

• Develop and maintain both Front-End and Back-End functionality.

• Design, optimize, and manage databases and RESTful API integrations.

• Ensure optimal application performance, speed, responsiveness, and security.

• Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and perform code refactoring to improve system stability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.

• Hands-on experience with modern front-end and back-end stacks (e.g., React.js / Node.js or Laravel / PHP).

• Solid understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

• Experience with version control systems, primarily Git / GitHub.

• Proven track record with a strong portfolio or live links to past projects.

• 1–2 years of professional web development experience (preferred).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science (CSE) or a related field. (Equivalent practical experience and an outstanding portfolio will also be considered.)
