ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Independently write/process insurance applications
  • Manage and respond to all insurance-related questions
  • Provide analysis for insurance needs
  • Provide quotes for Advisory team
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage end-to-end process and admin requirements (follow-ups for pending cases)
  • Prepares compliance forms, maintains accurate client records
  • Manage in-force insurance business and policy changes (renewals, cancellations, yearly premiums, inforce illustrations).
  • Assist in underwriting process by collecting and verifying all documentation, and serving as the point of contact for client inquiries/requests.
  • Effectively liaise with other departments (internal and external)
  • Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • LLQP License or willingness to obtain within 2 months of employment
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Strong customer service and organization skills
  • Be an advocate for your clients and their needs
  • Experience working within a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
