Job Deion:
The ideal candidate is someone with the following qualifications & experience:

• Diploma in Architectural/Building Technology or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience working in architectural firms, including minimum 2 years local (Canadian) experience.
• Highly proficient with both REVIT and AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, Bylaws, regulations, and construction methods.
• Strong understanding of building technology with experience in construction detailing and working drawings.
• Experience assisting in contract administration.
• Experience in architectural design, project management, and coordination of the various disciplines.
• Leadership skills and ability to lead project teams an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia.
