Step into a brand-new opportunity as a Post-Substantial Skilled Labour (Lead Hand)! If you've worked in landscape maintenance, love plants and dream of diving into landscape construction, this role is your ticket. You'll be at the forefront, learning and growing as you complete projects on our Post-Substantial team. Your experience will shine as you transition between maintenance and construction, gaining new skills along the way.

Key Duties:

• Complete jobs using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively as trained and required
• Complete all assigned work safely and effectively
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and complete minor maintenance as required
• In the absence of a Company Supervisor act as the “leader” on site as first point of contact

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience in progressive roles
• Experience in a leadership role an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a thorough, organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• Knowledge of horticulture

Compensation Package:

• Hourly wage of $24-26/hour based on experience
  • Overtime available
