We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Marketing Manager with passion and background in the medical aesthetics market to join our headquarters in Vancouver. The right candidate will report to the CEO, manage and look at the marketing campaigns of our various modalities in the different marketing channels, and be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

· Guiding our various consultants/partners to develop products’ market positioning as well as marketing and sales strategies for each modality DermaSpark carries.

· Lead the execution of marketing strategy with our consultant/partners to ensure consistent and uniform marketing messages,

· Looking over the customers’ marketing packages,

· Leads and inquiry analysis,

· Massive mailer to customers and prospects,

· Analyze customer feedback/insights upon which marketing channels/messaging should be adjusted,

· Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

· Create and present new innovative ideas for new marketing campaigns/strategies,

Required skills and qualifications:

• A talented and passionate individual who can take a marketing leadership role with the ability to learn new technologies and markets,
• At least 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience in the beauty industry, this is a must!
• Proficiency and well familiar with online marketing and social media strategy,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong management expertise, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Possess a marketing and creative mind with the ability to innovate and invent new campaigns and strategies,

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• French skills would be a great asset,
• Willingness and ability to travel,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
