As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, engaging our target audience, driving internal business growth and contributing to bringing in new prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, drive brand awareness, nurture leads, drive conversions and retain customers
- Working closely with Business Development team to build and maintain new and existing relationships
- Developing, implementing and leading comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence (web and socials), engage our target audience and drive business growth
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers through regular communication and personalized engagement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Create marketing collateral, win reports and multi-media content that can be shared with existing clients
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters and more
- Work with internal teams to enhance content on our website
- Manage and optimize the company website for SEO, user experience and lead generation
- Increase website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement and ROI
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing initiatives and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and sponsorships to promote our brand
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 3-5 years proven experience in marketing roles, with focus on increasing brand awareness
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics
- Proven experience with retaining and attracting new opportunities
- Experience with executing and owning SEO best practices
- Experience with Adobe an asset, including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to craft compelling content and articulate ideas effectively
