Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our email outreach campaigns. The primary focus of this role is to identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads, ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline for our sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in email marketing, list building, and database management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Sourcing: Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers within specific industries and geographies.

Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage high-volume, personalized email outreach sequences (cold and warm).

Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate, qualified lead data, ensuring data integrity.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., BANT—Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) before handing them off to the sales team.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize email subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to improve open, click, and conversion rates.

Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics (e.g., volume, conversion rates, cost per lead) to measure campaign effectiveness.
