Description
Experience working with InputHealth EMR is an asset.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception, which includes greeting patients, scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Billing for visits
- Registering patients and guiding them to the exam rooms
- Prepping patients for the practitioners
- Providing exceptional service in a timely manner
- Maintaining inventory of exam room, ordering and receiving
- Performing other duties as necessary to support all members of our team
Abilities:
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits a professional image, mature communication style, and proper phone etiquette
- Adaptable, fast learner, ability to take constructive criticism and implement changes
- Proficient computer/data/entry skills
