The Opportunity

We are looking for a Municipal Engineer to join our talented team in Calgary Alberta and/or Vancouver British Columbia. This role involves leading and managing a variety of municipal engineering projects, contributing to the continued growth of Global Raymac’s engineering team. Role

• Plan, lead, and manage all aspects of municipal engineering projects, including design, implementation, and oversight.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities to expand our company’s reach.
• Innovate and contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies in municipal engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a specialization in municipal / land development.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in municipal engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, urban development, or related fields.
• P.Eng designation or eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal.
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to make impactful decisions.
• Strong understanding of business principles and solution implementation.
• Proficiency in modern engineering software and tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3d, and water and sewer modelling software.
• Exceptional time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple, conflicting priorities.
