We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency that manages tens of millions per month in direct-response ad spending for awesome direct-to-consumer brands.
We work with disruptive brands, and big budgets, and make crazy ideas come to life!Our model is built upon the core values of Alignment and Transparency, which means that, unlike traditional agencies that win by charging huge retainers, Pilothouse wins by delivering huge results.Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a part time Office & Culture Coordinator to ensure seamless office operations and foster an engaging, positive workplace culture while working alongside an amazing team.
 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or employee engagement
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable coordinating with vendors, couriers, and cross-functional teams
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required for occasional errands)


ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

  • A people-first mindset with a passion for building strong workplace culture
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and keep office operations running smoothly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with inventory tracking or logistics is a plus


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage employee milestone gifts, ensuring timely delivery to local and remote team members
  • Plan and execute engaging company social events to strengthen team culture
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for client products and office supplies
  • Oversee incoming mail, office cleanliness, and equipment logistics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace health & safety compliance
  • Ensure office supplies, snacks, and beverages are always stocked
