JOB DESCRIPTION

This position serves all customers with speed and professionalism, whether it be in person or over phone / text / email. This position is knowledgeable about the products the dealership offers and displays excellent customer service. They also assist in maintaining a clean, well merchandised showroom primarily showcasing Genuine H-D parts, accessories, and products. Key Results Areas

• Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and yearly Parts sales targets.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience on every visit. Greet every customer with a smile and acknowledge everyone.
• Ensure retail sales area is properly merchandised in accordance with our retail standards.
• Ensure that you are up to date on all HDU training. Stay current on industry trends and new product through industry blogs / websites / social media.
• Ensure that Parts Department communication from the customer (email/text/voicemail etc.) are handled in a timely manner.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize the S.P.A.C.E.D. (Safety, Performance, Appearance, Comfort, Economy, Durability) sales process effectively to ensure satisfied customers and increased P&A sales.
• Ensure your workspace is ready prior to your shift starting each day, including cash floats in place and your computer turned on.
• Ensure that you are checking H-Dnet daily and understand the communications being posted.
• Always check / maintain security in all areas of the dealership.
• Ensure that you are restocking shelves / walls and performing wall checks and inventory cycle counts that are accurate and on time.
• Help your fellow staff members as needed. Be a part of the TEAM.
• Ensure processes established by the dealership are followed.

• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products and services sold within the dealership.
• Has a strong sense of motorcycle style and customization.
• Ensures that packaging, waste, etc. is discarded and recycled responsibly.
• May be required to work overtime, off-site, outdoors, evenings and travel at times.
• Can freely enter the USA.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
