P/T Receptionist for Wellness Clinic

We are a Wellness centre at UBC providing chiropractic, acupuncture, kinesiology and naturopathic services. We use Jane Software App so the candidate should be well versed with this program.

Hours are M/Tu/Wed from 2-6pm and Saturdays from 12-4pm. There may be a few additional hours during the week

Duties:

-Jane App Scheduling, Direct and Third party billing, and some filing
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies, product inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: Previous experience with using the JANE APP as a receptionist
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
