Licensed Strata Property Manager – Vancouver

Pacific Quorum requires Property Managers – Strata

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strata Management Licensed for BC
• Real Estate/Property Management experience with a minimum of 1-year direct experience in Strata Management
• A clear understanding of the rules and regulations of the Real Estate Services Act
• Competence and confidence with all aspects pertaining to Strata Councils, AGM's and SGM's
• Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Strata Management License (required)

Work Location: In person
