We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our industry.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth in the physical and cybersecurity sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for territory management, sales support, targeted marketing, customer relations, and strategic lead generation. The Sales Manager will also play a crucial role in training and developing the sales team, as well as implementing performance management strategies to optimize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the physical and cybersecurity market
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct territory management and identify new business opportunities in the security industry
  • Provide sales support and guidance to team members, including technical assistance when necessary
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute targeted marketing campaigns focused on physical and cybersecurity solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
  • Lead strategic lead generation efforts to expand our client base in the security sector
  • Recognize and reward sales team members for their achievements in selling physical and cybersecurity products and services
  • Conduct client needs analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing our security solutions portfolio
  • Oversee cold call prospecting activities to generate new leads in the security market
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the physical and cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the security sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in sales reporting tools and CRM software, with knowledge of security-related technologies and solutions
