Description
Job Overview
Lush Windows & Doors is seeking a motivated and dynamic Windows and Doors Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs in Metro Vancouver Area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate our range of windows and doors effectively.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of windows and doors products is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
- Very good English-speaking skills
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Project management: 2 years (preferred)
- Windows & Doors Sales or similar industry: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
