We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our fast growing and world leading Web3 and DeFi team!

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and implement user-friendly web application interfaces using advanced front-end technology stacks.

- Build high-performance services with backend technologies such as Java or Go, and employ a microservices architecture.

- Manage databases like MySQL and optimize their performance in a distributed system environment.

- Deploy and manage caching solutions such as Redis to enhance system performance.

- Establish and maintain message queue services like RabbitMQ or RocketMQ to facilitate asynchronous inter-service communication and decoupling.

- Be responsible for configuring and managing task scheduling systems (such as Quartz), ensuring the effective execution of scheduled tasks.

- Manage a team, guide the choice of technological solutions, coordinate project progress, and ensure the timely delivery of quality products.

- Communicate effectively with various departments, including project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to ensure smooth progression of projects.

Job Requirements:

- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 7 years of full-stack development experience with a deep understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, Angular, and TypeScript.

- Proficient in backend development, skilled in Go or Java, and well-versed with Java technology frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

- At least 5 years of experience in the development of large-scale distributed software projects, with familiarity with the design and implementation of microservices architecture.

- Expertise in various database technologies, especially MySQL, with experience in database optimization in high concurrency scenarios.

- In-depth understanding of caching technologies and proficient use of Redis.

- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ or RocketMQ) and understanding their role in system decoupling and asynchronous processing.

- Knowledge of task scheduling technologies, such as Quartz, with the ability to apply it effectively in projects.

- Experience or interest in the development of blockchain smart contracts, involvement in decentralized finance, decentralized identity and privacy, payment gateways, etc., will be considered a plus.

- Leadership capability, with a proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $85,000.00 per year
