Jungle Room is seeking an experienced server/shift leader to join our team! As a server and shift leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional customer service. About Us

Jungle Room is a new addition to the West End of Vancouver and has been winning accolades out of the gate. We pride ourselves on serving a fun bridge of unique Indonesian and Japanese plates and having one of the best cocktail programs in the city.

About the Role

• Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the front of house team during assigned shifts.
• Shift Management: Oversee shift opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, creating a memorable dining experience for each and every guest. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods and assist guests in an informative and helpful way.

Experience

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant.
