Sr Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Our client is a Leading Real Estate Developer who builds and manages their portfolio of assets comprising of Office Retail, Residential, Hospitality properties in the GTA. We are conducting a search for a well-rounded Real Estate Manager with experience in Property Management, Leasing, Acquisitions and planning / Land Development.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with sellers to purchase real estate properties at prices that meet the requirements of the investor’s portfolio
- Reviewing proposals from brokers on behalf of clients to determine whether or not to pursue a specific opportunity
- Managing all aspects of a property transaction from start to finish, including inspecting properties and appraising their value for purchase or sale purposes
- Performing research on local real estate markets to identify investment opportunities
- Consulting with clients on investment strategies, including which types of real estate investments will meet their needs
- Managing a team of real estate agents, appraisers, and other support staff to help them manage their portfolios
- Conducting due diligence to ensure that properties are legally owned by sellers, that titles are clear, and that loans can be financed
- Conducting market analyses to determine fair market values of properties
- Negotiate with municipalities to obtain land entitlements
- Negotiating with potential buyers to determine the best terms of sale for each transaction.
Requirements:
5 years Management of full cycle operations, acquisitions, leasing and development of assets
