Description
We are looking for a Virtual (work from home) Administrative Assistant who can make phone calls for a growing virtual counselling clinic. Our admins are dedicated to supporting women with ADHD and Trauma get the mental health support they deserve by booking them in with our amazing counsellors.

Job requirements:
1. Kind and compassionate (Many people you speak with will be in a vulnerable state) and have great interpersonal skills.
2. Comfortable working from home and ALREADY have a setup to do so
3. Able to make calls between 8:30am - 10:30am PST Monday - Thursday (with some call backs on Friday)
4. Self-starter who takes initiative and communicates clearly
5. Fluent working with software systems
6. Be an all-around awesome human being!
7. Ready to start now!
Compensation is $30-$40 dollars an hour.
This is a part time position. You must be a Canadian citizen/resident to apply.
Training will be provided.
