Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative support
- Communicate Effectively with staff members and clients
- Manage calendars, employee schedules and client appointments
- Handle vendor management, including ordering equipment and maintaining relationship with vendors
- Organize documents and maintain electronic filing systems
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Providing quotes and contracts
- Sending invoices and processing payments
- Tracking additional services
- Scheduling crews, customer appointments and bookings
- Rescheduling calendars when necessary
- Conducting outbound calls to existing clients to secure bookings
- Upselling and offering additional services to customers
- Conducting collections calls
- Other duties as required
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with customer service principles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Although this position is fully remote, we are seeking candidates from Kelowna, BC and Edmonton, AB.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
