You are

You will
- Coordinate the collection, coding, approval and payment process of invoices in a fast-paced environment
- Sort, match and scan invoices with supporting backup
- Perform accurate data entry of payables into AP processing system
- Manage and administer the monthly payment cycle, including EFT, ACH, manual cheques and e-filing
- Maintain vendor files in the CRM database
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Complete Vendor Statement reconciliations and follow up, when needed
- Assist with preparation of monthly GST filing
- Collect payroll time sheets and enter into Payroll software
- Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required
You have
- 1 - 3 years of accounting/administrative-related experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
- Some post-secondary education in Accounting
- A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
- An excellent attitude and a sense of humour!
- Strong competency in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy and multi-tasking abilities
- Proven ability to work in team

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
