AlgaeCal is looking for a proven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing team of about 20 people to $100 million in revenue in 5 years. We’re less than half way there now, and growing at over 20% per year, but we need a stronger marketing leader to get us there. Is that you?

• You’ll be working with a top team. The marketing team at AlgaeCal have been there, done that, and got the t-shirt. They’ve penned Nike’s biggest slogans. They’ve made millions with Jeff Bezos. They’ve written some of the most clicked headlines in human history. These people have beaten so many controls, that the controls took out a restraining order. And the best part? They're friendly, funny, and easy to work with.

This role might be for you if …

• You know how to sell! Direct response marketing has to be all over your resume or we’re not going to get along. Period.
• You have lead a team that scaled a brand beyond $40 million with E-commerce as the core market channel. If you have scaled in retail stores, international sales, or with healthcare professionals that’s a big bonus - we’re headed into these channels too.
• You have informed opinions about E-comm marketplaces, CRM’s, multi-touch attribution, optimized UX/UI design, lead gen, funnel building, and breakeven ROAS.
• You have 5+ years experience crushing Youtube and syndicating those videos out across all social channels. You will have success stories to share with us about Google Adwords, Facebook, SEO and Email marketing.
• You have a Yoda-like ability to make strategic decisions based on both data and common sense.
• Your strategy converts like a tent revival. Show us how your split tests have increased the conversion rates of shopping carts, websites, and landing pages. There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it - you’ll need at least 8 years of experience as a digital leader to succeed in this role.
• A brain the size of a small planet! In this role, you’ll need to think imaginatively and act strategically to drive sales.
