We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an outstanding client experience by supporting financial advisors, managing day-to-day service operations, and helping to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate support through phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process

• Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms and investment transactions, in collaboration with financial advisors

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards

• Coordinate client meetings by managing schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items

• Support marketing and outreach initiatives designed to enhance client satisfaction and engagement

• Monitor and report on client feedback and service trends to support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work effectively within a collaborative team environment

• Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred
