Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an outstanding client experience by supporting financial advisors, managing day-to-day service operations, and helping to build lasting client relationships.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate support through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process

Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms and investment transactions, in collaboration with financial advisors

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards

Coordinate client meetings by managing schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items

Support marketing and outreach initiatives designed to enhance client satisfaction and engagement

Monitor and report on client feedback and service trends to support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field

1 to 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred
