Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing exceptional customer service in a dental office setting.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using Tracker software.
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist for minimum 3 years from recognized college
- Knowledge of dental procedure codes and terminology
- Experience with Tracker 11 is required
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
