Position Overview:
We're in search of a versatile Digital & Ecommerce Marketer to lead Vitasave's digital efforts. We need someone who can both architect strategies and roll up their sleeves to execute them. As the Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you'll not only shape our brand identity and drive our mission but also be hands-on in crafting and implementing impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our audience. Your focus on simplifying health and wellness will be crucial, overseeing our digital marketing initiatives and working closely with our founders and directors to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
Digital Presence:
- Build our influencer and affiliate program.
- Establish new influencer and affiliate partnerships.
- Manage relationships, negotiate campaign / agreement terms.
- Oversee the digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and content creation, to enhance Vitasave's online presence.
- Website content management. (Shopify)
- Oversee digital advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Innovative Campaigns:
- Lead the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that captivate our target audience and inspire action.
- Utilize your expertise to integrate the latest marketing trends and technologies into our campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and manage our email marketing strategy at different stages in the buyer journey.
- Develop and manage promotional offers for first-time and repeat purchases, and customer review management.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful customer experiences.
Mission Alignment:
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with Vitasave's mission.
- Develop campaigns that not only promote our products but also inspire positive lifestyle changes.
Team Leadership:
- Help build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Set clear goals and provide guidance to achieve marketing objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
- Utilize data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role.
- Knowledge about the health and wellness industry is a plus.
- 5+ years experience working within a direct to consumer brand.
- Strong knowledge and expertise working with Shopify Ecommerce.
- Deep understanding of current marketing trends, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to Vitasave's mission.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
