JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent, Office-based Work Model

SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

LOCATION: Acheson, AB

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE (RESPONSIBILITIES)

In this role, you'll act as our social media specialist and digital guru to create compelling social media and digital marketing action plans that capture the interest of our diverse audience. Dive into content creation, distribution, and curation, driving engagement through both organic and paid social ad campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging social media as a powerful distribution channel for various company content, showcasing the exciting narratives of Paradox field work and personnel.

Your role extends beyond the digital realm as you take charge of marketing events, infusing them with the unique Paradox touch. From overseeing event setup to tear-down, you'll establish standardized event protocols and step-by-step instructions for seamless execution. You’ll curate our marketing collateral, ensuring that our brand integrity remains intact and consistently reflects our commitment to excellence.

As a key player in our marketing team, you'll contribute approximately 75% of your time to Social Media & Digital Marketing, 10% to Marketing Events Coordination, and the remaining 15% to various other exciting initiatives. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring to life a comprehensive social media strategy, fostering positive relationships with followers, customers, and industry influencers. All while remaining at the cutting edge of marketing trends, reacting swiftly to changes in the industry and at Paradox.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? (REQUIREMENTS)

We're looking for those with a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, backed by at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the access solutions or construction industries. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, coupled with strong copywriting and communication skills, are essential. Experience with graphic design and basic video editing software is a plus.
