Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth and Scalability:
- Design and maintain an organizational chart aligned with aggressive growth goals
- Build and implement KPIs, SOPs, and QA/QC systems to support 20–25% annual revenue growth while protecting profit margins
- Optimize project-level performance and overall operational efficiency
Operational Excellence:
- Standardize internal workflows and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Achieve 90 percent or higher on-time, within-budget project delivery
- Develop scalable infrastructure that supports future service expansions
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performance leadership team
- Drive a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement across all departments
- Establish strong communication and leadership development practices
Financial Performance:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and company-wide financial planning initiatives
- Monitor KPIs to drive productivity, profitability, and operational discipline
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver sustainable long-term growth
Cross-Functional Integration:
- Create strong connections between engineering, sales, project management, and finance teams
- Ensure complete organizational alignment through structured communication and planning
Strategic Execution:
- Translate the CEO’s strategic direction into actionable quarterly and annual plans
- Lead operational rollouts of new initiatives, service offerings, and geographic expansions
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience building and scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to apply financial insights to operational decisions
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred; MBA is a plus but not required
