WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Plan, execute, and monitor all email campaigns and flows to align with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the Email Coordinator to create compelling email content weekly.
• Analyze past email campaigns, provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Generate reports for CEO and Director of Marketing, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Work with Marketing and Creative teams to develop eye-catching creatives.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database, ensuring only opted-in subscribers receive newsletters.
• Proactively seek A/B testing opportunities, conduct experiments, and provide detailed reports.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve connectivity issues with our email platform.
• Craft engaging and error-free email copy.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Ability to analyze reporting data for actionable insights.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in crafting persuasive email copy is a plus.
