lululemon is seeking a Global Sustainability and Impact Communications Manager (18-month contract) for its team.

A day in the life:
lululemon is seeking a Global Sustainability and Impact Communications Manager (18-month contract) for its team.
The global communications team vision is to inspire people around the world through unparalleled storytelling and experiences that celebrate our culture and fuel our business success. The team is focused on continuing to elevate lululemon’s business, growth, impact and employer brand strategies through compelling storytelling that informs and inspires key audiences.
- Lead and drive lululemon’s global external sustainability and impact external storytelling strategy.
- Serve as the key external global impact and sustainability communications expert for global and regional communications partners as well as cross-functional partners across the business.
- Build, manage and maintain key media relationships with the objective to educate and storytell throughout the year.
- Manage editorial calendar and messaging development for sustainability and impact communications.
- Manage senior leader briefing strategies and material development.
- Collaborate with sustainability and impact teams to support with annual reporting on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
- You are highly motivated with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in strategic communications and/or an impact communications role working for a global organization.
- You are collaborative and a clear communicator with a proactive mindset. You have strong media experience working with journalists, and have relationships with global media who cover sustainability and impact.
- You have experience working with cross-functional partners in a global organization.
- You can understand fast-moving, complex information and distill it into impactful communications under tight timelines.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills.
- You are a strong writer and have sharp attention to detail.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
